Long-term wound complication management after surgery

Background: Chronic wound complication management post–surgical intervention has a significant strain on health-care systems, and require lot of staff nurse specialists for complexity services, as well high treatment costs, making it extremely difficult to obtain health care people with wounds complications which are serious post-operative challenge, resulting in enormous expenses the system burden. Methodology: (46) patient's were included from three teaching hospitals at Mosul City, study period November 2021 July 2022, data gathered by using assessment sheet collect demographic description include surgical characteristics, assessment, follow-up format. The (TIME) approach (tissue, infection, moisture, edge) was used give clear image about development healing change induced protocol application. Results research involve (37) diagnosed cases after surgery. (32.4%) age group between 18-29 years age, (64.9%) males (35.1%) females.
